Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, services, APIs, applications and other online or offline offerings provided by SEARCHHUB OÜ ("SearchHub", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and any other persons or entities that access or use the Service, including those interacting with affiliated or mirror domains.

Service

The SearchHub website and any related services, tools, applications, APIs, documentation, and content provided under or in connection with searchhub.vip.

Content

Any text, images, audio, video, files, data, messages, logs, metadata, or other information made available through the Service.

User

Any person or entity who accesses or uses the Service.

User-Generated Content

Content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise provided by users to the Service.

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by applicable data protection law (including GDPR).

SearchHub is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) and analytics platform that indexes, aggregates, and provides search and discovery over publicly accessible information and user-contributed datasets.

The Service may index:

• Public forum posts and social media content
• Public Discord messages (via public APIs or channels)
• Public logs (FiveM and similar platforms)
• Publicly posted files and datasets

SearchHub may operate multiple domains and mirrors (including but not limited to .vip, .pw, .top) for redundancy and availability.

Certain features of the Service may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You must use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Harassing, stalking, targeting, doxxing, threatening or facilitating harm to individuals
• Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, exploitative, sexual content involving minors, or abusive
• Using the Service to facilitate or commit criminal activity, fraud, or extortion
• Attempting to access private or unauthorized data sources by bypassing authentication or technical controls
• Employing automated scraping against the Service beyond permitted API limits or reverse engineering the Service's software
• Interfering with, impairing, or disrupting the Service or servers, or circumventing rate limits or protections

Users retain ownership of the content they upload or submit, subject to the licenses granted herein.

By uploading, posting, or submitting Content to the Service, you grant SearchHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such Content for the operation, improvement, promotion, and provision of the Service.

SearchHub may remove, edit, or refuse content that violates these Terms or that the Service, in its discretion, deems objectionable.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, designs, logos, trademarks, text and other content owned by SearchHub) are owned by or licensed to SEARCHHUB OÜ.

You may not copy, reproduce, display, distribute, or create derivative works of SearchHub's proprietary content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

Third-party content remains the intellectual property of the respective owners. SearchHub does not claim ownership of third-party materials indexed by the Service.

SearchHub offers an optional Fee-Based Data Wipe service for expedited or full removal of indexed representations of specific datasets in accordance with SearchHub's practices.

To request deletion, users must submit a verifiable request providing sufficient identification. For legal requests (court orders, MLAs), SearchHub will comply to the extent required by law.

Fees charged for expedited deletion reflect administrative costs and do not represent an admission of liability. Standard GDPR/CCPA rights remain available and free where applicable.

Payments for premium features, API access, or file downloads are processed using third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well as ours.

All prices are in the specified currency and exclude local taxes unless stated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a refund policy.

SearchHub reserves the right to change pricing; changes affecting active subscriptions will follow reasonable notice and applicable consumer protection laws.

Access to SearchHub APIs may require registration, API keys, and acceptance of developer terms. API usage limits and rate limits apply.

Developers and third-party integrators must not expose or distribute data that violates privacy laws or these Terms. SearchHub may integrate third-party services, and different terms and policies may apply to those services.

SearchHub respects copyright holders' rights and responds to valid takedown and counter-notice procedures in accordance with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.

If you believe content on SearchHub infringes your copyrighted work, submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent.

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder
2. Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material
3. Location of the infringing material on SearchHub
4. Contact information for the complaining party
5. A statement of good faith belief
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

SearchHub complies with lawful requests from law enforcement and courts. Requests for user data or takedown must be properly compelled via lawful process (court order, subpoena, or MLA) and will be evaluated by SearchHub's legal team.

SearchHub may disclose limited data to law enforcement where required by law, an imminent threat exists, or to prevent serious criminal activity.

SearchHub will require official certifications or verifiable channels for cross-border legal assistance, such as requests routed through the Estonian authorities or ministries where appropriate.

SearchHub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Service's indexing of third-party content does not mean the content is accurate, lawful, or endorsed by SearchHub.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service.

Where local law requires certain warranties or prohibits exclusion of certain liabilities, those local requirements apply and this limitation will be adjusted accordingly.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SearchHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
• Your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms
• Content you submit or make available through the Service

SearchHub may terminate or suspend access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or upon request by law enforcement or pursuant to a valid court order.

Termination may be immediate and without prior notice. SearchHub will attempt to inform account holders if reasonably practicable, except where prohibited by law or where notice would compromise an investigation.

You shall not use the Service in violation of any applicable import/export control or economic sanctions laws (including sanctions administered by the United Nations, EU, UK, US, or other applicable authorities).

SearchHub reserves the right to restrict access to the Service from territories or individuals subject to sanctions or where compliance requirements cannot be met.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflicts of law principles that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction.

Except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law, you and SearchHub agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tallinn, Estonia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

SearchHub may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the Service with the date of last revision and will take effect upon posting or as otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
